At Danish Blue Adult Centres, we prioritize your satisfaction and hygiene; therefore, we offer a 30-day return window for most unused, unopened items in their original packaging. Please note that due to the intimate nature of our products, certain items are final sale once the seal is broken.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure your item is unopened, unused, and still in its original retail packaging with all seals intact to qualify for a return.
Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Package Your Return
Securely pack the items in a plain, discreet shipping box and clearly write your assigned RMA number on the outside of the package.
Ship and Track
Send the package back to our distribution centre using a trackable shipping method and wait 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed.
