These will suck any size nip and are deep enough and big enough for small to medium piercings. The base flares out for more contact with skin and the slight curve pulls your nips down or up for more stretch. The opening at the base measures just over 1-inch in diameter.

Elong is made of firm flexTPR, Hunkyjunk's strongest flexible and durable rubber. For best seal, use a little water-based lube or waxy lip balm on the rim.
